- Hands-on experience in Automation/Development and overall programming knowhow
- A genuine interest in programming or a technical background (such as a technical university or related studies)
- Proactive, action-oriented, and eager to contribute from day one
- Open to feedback and communication (introverts welcome too!)
- Comfortable with coding and automation tools (we're tech-agnostic; what matters is how you think)
- Skilled in English (written and spoken)
- Interested in working in a hybrid setup, with occasional in-person collaboration
