Now, we’re hiring a Lead QA Automation Engineer who will set the technical standard, lead by example, and push the boundaries of what quality engineering means in modern software development.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the automation strategy: Define frameworks, tools, and practices that scale across multiple products and clients.
- Stay hands-on: Write and review automation code, showing the team what technical excellence looks like.
- Raise the quality bar: Integrate automation deeply into CI/CD pipelines and ensure production-grade reliability.
- Mentor and guide: Support QA engineers and developers in growing their automation skills and mindset.
- Collaborate with clients: Help them understand the value of quality engineering (with the backing of our leadership team).
- Engineer for impact: Spot risks, anticipate failures, and design systems that prevent them before they happen.

- While Playwright is our go-to framework for web, we take a tech-agnostic approach, always prioritizing the right tool for the client’s success.
